Dallimore v. Idaho National Laboratory operated by Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC

District Court for Bonneville County, Idaho
Case No. CV10-25-0742
If Your Private Information Was Compromised in the December 2023 Idaho National Laboratory Data Incident, a Proposed Class Action Settlement May Affect Your Rights and Entitle You to Benefits and a Cash Payment.

A Settlement has been reached with Idaho National Laboratory ("INL" or "Defendant") in a class action lawsuit. This case is about the targeted cyberattack on INL's computer systems that occurred in December 2023 (the "Data Incident"). Certain files that contained private information were accessed. These files may have contained personal information such as full names; Social Security numbers ("SSNs"); dates of birth; and medical treatment and health insurance information.

The lawsuit is called Dallimore v. Idaho National Laboratory operated by Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC, Case No. CV10-25-0742. It is pending in the District Court for Bonneville County, Idaho (the "Litigation"). INL denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided who is right. The parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit (the "Settlement") to avoid the costs and risks, disruptions, and uncertainties of continuing the Litigation.

If you received notice, then INL's records indicate that you are a Class Member and entitled to benefits under the Settlement. You may have received a previous notice directly from INL.

Your rights are affected whether you act or don't act.
